[urq] Tyre balancing machine manual

  Hello Guys . 
  I got really really lucky today . 
  Acquired a tyre balancing machine for close to free . 
  It has a display that's partially non lit , but 
  being an EE I most likely can fix that . 

  Now I'm looking for a manual or any documentation . 
  The machine is a Balco B995 
  . 
  Maybe someone  has one , knows someone who has 
  or knows where to get it ? 

  This site has some , but sadly not the B995
