[urq] Fuel gauge reads 3/4 when tank full

The 'braided wire' is the flexible connection between the stationary
frame of the sender, and the moving slider that wipes the resistance
element of the sender as the float arm moves.
Usually if the braid breaks (so totally open circuit), gauge will
just read totally empty, and not work at all.
It can be an adventure to solder that braid too, as it's usually all
crusty, and ready to further brake apart..
