My heart is all warm and fuzzy to here from you long-time members! I loved
to read the Audi list in college in the early 1990's. I have to admit to
spending time browsing motorgeek now. It has some epic Urq/4Kq/CGT
threads, and the pictures are mostly what I am after.
Within the past 2 years, I finally put the AAN into my '82 Urq. I'm still
working on cleaning it up but I LOVE the conversion. I turn the key and
it starts. How many years did I waste accomodating that finicky CIS?!?
Wish I had done it sooner.
Part of the reason I didn't start is sooner is racing. I have a team of
friends that run a 1990 90q20v in LeMons/ChumpCar. It can't hang with the
Miatas but I still love running an Audi.
