I the rush to make a smart-ass comment and demonstrate my lack of skill with
things automotive, I neglected to answer your question in any useful manner.
To disable the ABS you could simply pull the relay or just disconnect 1
sensor. The controller in my car is under the rear seat and fairly easy to
get at. Just unplug one of the sensor leads going in to the controller and
the system is disabled. There will however be an annoying yellow dash light
on for the duration. I'd go with the relay method, provided there is no harm
to be done that way.
For my 0.02 Euros worth ... keep the ABS. I'm convinced of its value here in
the great white north. The big benefit is the ability, however modest, to
steer under braking/sliding.
