Yes, I do have the shop manual. Like I say, some models had it, some didn't, 
depending on year, transmission, EGR (or not) and country. I'd send you a copy 
of the manual, but it's from the Erwin site and they 'lock' the manual to a 
specific computer so it won't run on another. I'd be happy to send the file if 
you're any good at hacking such things, but I know nothing about that stuff...
