[V6-12v] Any AC experience out there ?

My 95 Audi 90 is not blowing cold anymore 

The low side port on  the compressor is not  standard R134a connection. It looks like an old R12 connection but I couldn't get the hose from an R12 to go on either. I have read that you can not charge through this port anyway and this type of car is charged through the HIGH side !!!!!.. crazy if you ask me ! 

anyone have any advice or suggestions on this ? I would love to get some guage readings for troubleshooting. If anyone has a bently I would like to hear waht they have to say .
