[V6-12v] Transnission miss shift

Hi folks!

My 1992 100S automatic has started to miss shifts from 2nd to 3rd gear.  It
will literally go into free spin - no load to the wheels as it shifts from
2nd to 3rd.  When you lift up on the accelerator it goes right into 3rd.  It
is an intermittent problem and seems to only occur when the temperature
outside in mild 60 - 70 deg. range.  I have changed the filters and fluid
but no correction has occurred.
Any ideas or help out there?
