I guess I wasn't clear in my explanation. But, the loaded side in a turn is 
the outboard side of the vehicle, or in most cases. In the case of a UK 
vehicle the driver is on the right hand side and if it's making a right hand 
turn it would mean that the passenger side is the loaded side.
