[V6-12v] ac refrigerant question

You can generally tell from the condenser.  If it has the larger R-134a service port on the right as you look at it from the front of the car, it is 134a.  If it does not, it can mean either of the following: It was replaced with a crappy aftermarket condensener that does not have the serice port and was recharged using a jury rigged setup on the compressor (lets hope not), or it is R12.  I think the changeover occurred in the 93 model year, so it should be 134a.  Double check using the FA.
