[V6-12v] Throttle body gasket fix

As I understand it, these particular MAF sensors, on the earlier 12vs at 
least, are not heated and are therefore not self cleaning. So you do need to give 
them a clean off manually now and again unless you have money to burn and 
occasionally buy a new one!
