[V6-12v] Idle

If I recall correctly, the idle RPM is controlled by the ECM and is not 
adjustable. AFAIR it's supposed to be 6-800 RPM or so. Mine usually idles 
around 1000 during the first couple of minutes on a cold day and then 
settles around 800. According to the tachometer at the emissions test 
place, my tachometer reads about 10 % too high. Don't know which is right...
