[V6-12v] Low Idle + Oil Light = Fix two problems in one?

At 200 RPM, your oil pump isn't generating adequate oil pressure with 
cold oil. So, to answer your question, yes, they are related.
I would recommend manually keeping the RPM's up to avoid this 
situation, especially at start-up, because oil depriviation at start-up 
is a good way to ruin the engine quickly (it needs that oil to 
lubricate the moving parts which are oil deprived from sitting there).
