[V6-12v] 1995 Audi 90 Refrigerant Charging

I am aware that the1995 Audi 90 is supposed to be charged using the high
pressure valve in the front by the radiator. It has become obvious to
me that this cannot be done with cans, lets not talk about boiling them,
since the pressure in the cans is not high enough. My system presently
reads about 210 PSIG when running and about 65 when the car is off.

I have located a Schrader valve at the compressor and I am wondering
whether this is a low pressure connection and if the system can be
charged via this valve. I do not think that I am entrerprising enough
to tackle the low pressure valve that is located by the ECU unit, as
described by Elliott in his 3/30/04 message.

Your comments will be much appreciated.

Thank you,
cai
