Sorry, Nope!
The serpentine belt tensioner takes a 10mm allen wrench if I remember 
correctly, I know it is definitely an allen wrench.

Thing is, you want to loosen the bolts that hold the power steering 
pulley on BEFORE you loosen the serpentine belt, unless you have an air 
wrench handy. The tensioned serpentine belt should help hold the pulley 
in place while you break the allen head bolts free. Worst case, grab 
onto the heads with a good set of VISE-GRIPS and twist. You can always 
buy new bolts. (Which if I remember correctly I had to do because mine 
got munged up trying to remove them also.)
