Hmm, must depend on the year/version of the serpentine tensioner you 
have. Mine has a 10mm hex opening where I inserted the appropriate allen 
wrench and pushed counter-clockwise to loosen tension on the serpentine 
belt and slip it off the power steering pulley.

Don't you wish the parts designers would pull their collective heads out 
of their asses and be consistant in parts design. :-)
