[V6-12v] V6 ODB-II codes for Palm Pilot

This one's for the archives. While searching the Audifans web site 
for info on pulling the ECU diagnostic codes for the 12V V6, I came 
across a reference to the OBD-II codes done up for a Palm Pilot. 
The link to the 1998 web site was broken, but a little bit of Googling 
found Chris Newbold's current site:
