why? Many european countries will probably have problem with US lights (red
warning/brake combo lights) ...
Also there are tons of A100 V6 for sale at any configuration you want.

Does any of you have any experience transporting a car from the US to
Europe? How does it work? Which company is recommended? What to look for
when selecting such a shipping company, etc. How much should I expect to
pay for such service?

I don't think FedEx will take it... ;-)
