[V6-12v] Rear window defrost switch

Just finished looking through the archives and couldn't find this problem.  Pushing rear window defrost button also turns on the rear fog light of my '93 100CSQ Avant.  Anyone have this problem or any suggestions?  Relay problem or ground?  Turning on rear fog light switch does nothing.
