[V6-12v] Car not starting

Possiblities:

Clogged exhaust -- check for presence of potatoe, other malicious 
blockage
Clogged air intake passage (insufficient air). Check for presence of 
animal.
Fuel pump or injector pump bad -- check fuses first.
Fuel filter clogged (unlikely one day to the next, but possible)
Distributor cap loose/off
Timing hall sensor broken/disconnected.
