Last, fall, we got caught with the dread head gasket oil leak. $2200 for the replacement, including
much work needed to un-freeze various exhaust manifold bolts to keep them from breaking off in the
heads.

I could have done it myself, but I would have had the car down for weeks and I really didn't have
the time. I'm usually busy from 6 Am to 9 PM every day as it is.

It was worth it to us because we want to get another 3-4 years out of the car, but I sure wouldn't
do it again. If it springs another head gasket leak, it's history.
