[V6-12v] Shocks Nightmare

Where are you ordering the new shocks from? Sounds like you got the 
wrong part number:

8A0 413 503 (G or F)
F would be normal, G would be sport suspension.

I installed Bilstein HD's, purchased from PureMS.com.
