[V6-12v] METRIC HARDWARE

Hi Guys 

Just thought I would pass along that I have been having a heck of a time finding metric Hardware for my car. Especially the extra fine thread ( pitch of 1 mm ) and the nylocks.

I have done a fair bit of suspension work and there are many locknuts that are one time use only.

Anyway for the local guys (Ontario Canada ) I found everything I need at "spaenaur" in Kitchener , they have all the metric sizes in lock nuts and different materials in nay quantity. 

I bought the nuts for  the top of my tie rods and the top of my rear shocks

M10 pitch of 1mm 17mm across the flats ( 178-305 )

I also bought the nuts to hold the shocks on at the hub for the rear 

M16 pitch of 1.5mm 24mm across the flats. ( 178-587)

Can you believe the dealer did not have any of these in stock even though they are suppose to be a "once only nut"  ???

isn't the dealer suppose to do things right !!!!!! ??? 

Anyway my "new Bilstein shocks" that I hope fit are on the way ..as my Boges did not !!! 

PS anyone know if the Bilsteins come with a new strut cap ?
