[V6-12v] ignition switch bad

Clive did you replace this recent switch and it fixed
your problem?  I'm having a similar situation, but the
switch is new.  I'm thinking it is a relay.  My
windows and sunroof intermitently stop working.  I see
the relay diagram, but the drawing and the underaide
of the dashboard don't look even closely similar.
