[V6-12v] Windshield Wipers

Hi,

Did you take the rack out and see if that was causing the problem?  I had
the same thing happen a few years ago, and I had to disassemble the whole
rack and clean it up then regrease it.  They have worked perfectly ever
since...but it's a bear getting the rack out.
