[V6-12v] Couple minor issues with 95 A6

For issue number one, the standard German answer is speed deflectors.  
These are plastic pieces which clip to the wiper arm and have  a  
small set of angled blades on them to provided added down-force from  
the air relative to the forward motion of the car. Alternatively, you  
could get stiffer wiper arm springs.
I have a couple of the three-bladed versions of the speed deflectors  
still new in package here if you would like a set -- $20 a pair and  
they are yours. I also have one-five bladed pair left.
