[V6-12v] Installing a Turbo

Hello,

I have a couple questions I've been toiling with for a while and I can't
figure out.

It's been a long time since we talked about this and thus I have forgotten,
but what's stopping me from putting a turbo onto my naturally
aspirated 2.8LV6?  I think it's because the ECU is a big mystery to
everyone, right?

Also, I ran across www.turbobygarrett.com and they have a bunch of turbos
for all kinds of applications.  If I were to get say an S4 and wanted to
upgrade the turbos on it.  In a general sense, what steps would have to done
to put two new Garrett turbos in that S4?
