[V6-12v] no start v6

Camshaft Position Sensor is also something else to look at it. My
'94 100 had a bad one about 6 years ago. Symptoms were intermittent
"no start"; I suppose if it is completely dead, it would maybe
exhibit complete "no start". Can't remember the cost to replace...
