[V6-12v] Head Gasket Job Imminent

i did the 1/4 turn thing to my car, it helped alot, i thought for a few  days it may have cured it, but she still leaks, but it is way lower !!  and its been at least a year now. its not really a "need to check your  oil weekly" thing, its just that it smells and will give out smoke  signals sitting in drive threws.

upgraded to my S4. I did look into doing the gaskets
but it’s not a trivial job by any means so I treated
it as a sort of rolling oil change. Mine used maybe a

This is an opinion that says you can cure it by
tightening the head bolts but I can’t remember the
details (1/4 turn when stone stone cold rings a
bell
