[V6-12v] Rear Windows Not Working

The rear windows in my 2002 2.7 A6 do not go up or down from the back switches.  They do work when operated from the drivers door panel.  The on/off switch in the driver's door panel does light up when engaged.  The manual says that there are no fuses to these motors, but that there are some self resetting circuit breakers.

Does anyone have an idea where those circuit breakers are and how does one know if they have reset properly?  The car just came back from the dealer after having them replace the secondary air fan, for which I think they disconnected the battery.  The book says that after the battery is disconnected the window switches must be reprogrammed.  I have done what they say in the book and so far it has not worked.
