[V6-12v] Cruise control on a 1994 90S

My 96 A6Q Avant has intermitten cruise problems but it is just something in
the
switch mechanism next to the instrument cluster. It sometimes will not
engage,
so I cycle the switch position from on to off and back on again (sometimes to
the resume position) before it will again engage. In my case, dirty contacts
I'm sure.
Might be worth a try anyway.
