[V6-12v] How to get rid of that annoying sheen on the inside ofwindows

The film you see is actualy out-gassing of the vinyl dash and other vinyl 
components inside the car. Use Vinegar and water solution ( about 10%) and 
use crumpled newspaper ( yes newspaper) to get it off.
