[V6-12v] Anti-Seize Grease on Wheels Bolts

What is the concensus about putting anti-seize compound on wheel bolts? At Costco they refuse to put anything on the bolts. Although they advertise that they hand torque the bolts and/or nuts, what they seem to do is put them on with air guns and then hand check them with a torque wrench - they are placed so tight that it takes a three foot extension pipe to generate enough torque to take them off. I would not be putting grease on the bolts, but anti-seize compound.
I recently had four new Michelin Exalto tires put on the A6 and will be installing security anti-theft bolts next week. While I am doing this I will take off all the bolts and re-install them using real hand torque pressure.
Have a happy and safe Fourth of July.
Thank you,
Casimiro
