[V6-12v] 95 A6 avant tailgate leaking

  Water may be leaking around the wiper arm shaft that goes through the hole in the glass.  I had to replace this window a few years ago and there was a leak after replacement.  There's a seal with a nut that may require tightening.  I can't remenber if I tightened it from the outside or inside.  Removing the trim panel and replacing it are a pain.  Broken grommets etc.  What a terrible design on my 1993.  Perhaps the 1995 is different.
