I love the Michelin Pilot Sports.....
I have PS2's on my 2003 RS6, and on my wife's 2002 S6 Avant we have the
A/S (all season) tires as well as on a 1993 100 csq Avant that we use as
a true Sport / Utility Vehicle for hauling stuff and letting any child
sitters use to drive around our kid.
I don't know if this info is any help at all..............

In researching tires, I have always looked at TIRERack.com for their
comments on tires, and then hit up a friendly Audi dealer for comments
as well. I have tires shipped to the dealer (to the attention of a
helpful Service Rep) where they can mount and balance and allign
everything at once which is all they charge me for.
