[V6-12v] Low voltmeter readings

My guess is a battery that's going south. Typically, the internal resistance
rises when the battery is at the end of its useful life. This leads to a
higher voltage drop, thus, lower output voltage at higher loads.

It's easy to test. Turn on all available loads (rear defroster, high beams,
fog lights, etc.) and see if the voltage drops.
