David,

I second your opinion that it's a dead injector then...

I don't know what to tell you about the remaining 5 injectors. Only that
they don't last forever. AFAIR, they're about $125 a pop so just replacing
them on suspicion doesn't seem reasonable. But I don't know if there are
drawbacks or issues with replacing just one.
