[V6-12v] 95 cabriolet Anti theft mal-function - please help

Steve,
It might be the wiring harness for the lights and trunk lid lock. At least
on the non-cabriolet B4's it tends to break and cause all sorts of
funkyness. The break happens where the harness makes a sharp turn to go
along the trunk lid hinge. If you are handy with butt splices or a soldering
iron you can repair the harness yourself.
