On a hot lap, my IT-C A1 Scirocco is able to keep all 4 wheels on the ground 98% of the time. However, its suspension is not roadworthy -- Custom-valved Bilstein HD shock/struts with Eibach coil-overs (with heavy rates). No front bar, one ~25mm rear bar, and serious (a bit too much) negative camber. One lower suspension tie-bar. The setup works, as I set the fastest lap in each of the 6 races I won this year, at two different road courses. Twice I got oh-so-close to the track record set by a RWD 510 in ideal conditions. In fact, it's not unheard of for some (slower) FWD guys to run 2 rear bars.

To presume a full-race FWD setup would have any place in an AWD land yacht would be unwise, which is why I've started to clam up a bit on this. But I believe it's worth considering when setting up a performance-oriented FWD 4kq or Coupe.
