[V8] Wheel Bearing?

 I think I have a wheel bearing drying out.  When I pull to the left (at
    speed) I get a steady hum up front, but going straight it is not
    detectable.  Questions for the experts:
    1.  Which side is suspect if it is when pulling to the left?
    2.  Will an alignment be required afterwards (I just got it 4 wheel
    aligned)?
    3.  When is it too-bad to drive on (am I causing additional damage
driving
    on it)?
    4.  Any quarks or special parts that should be used?

    Its a 90 V8Q, 114K miles, living at 10,000 feet.  As far as driving in
slick
    conditions, I have not driven a vehicle I would trust more.  Now if I
could
    get the drivers seat heat and rear defrost working and the transmission
to
    warm up faster, it would be a true winter car.
