[V8] IC cluster (again)

yes, I know firsthand what you're talking about. Since getting the car I've
had the intermittent gas/ temp/ seat belt / aux fan / trip computer issue.

When my temp/ gas goes out. I've found that the aux fan also cuts out as
well as the trip computer - Autocheck still works.

Sometimes the connection goes in and out - and as others have found - it
switches on the seatbelt light and buzzer. It makes me put on my seatbelt.

Most of the time a single thump on top of the dash corrects the problem -
but I have found that continuous thumpings to no effect will trip the low
oil light indicator. I consider this a malfunction - all my fluid levels
check out. When everything is working I don't have this problem.

Bascially the IC cluster is probably toast. But besides these inconviences
the rest of the dash works fine. Don't want to spend $$ at this time on
this. However, would change this sometimes if people can verify if the
interior lighting delay switch is tied to the cluster.
