[V8] IC cluster (again)

I have the same issues-miles to empty has been "intermittently" going
high for a couple years, and recently the low fuel warning, low washer
fluid warning and seat belt light occasionally trip.

Caig's web site says DeoxIT is for "non-critical metal surfaces"-does
this mean it can etch a bit, or is there something else here?  And is
ProGold a combination of DeoxIT and PreservIT?
