[V8] IC day 1

My IC did not crap out today - the first time in weeks. It also went over 80MPH 
too. It used to quit at 80+. (it made it to 110 but don't tell anyone :)

I am going to wait a week before I put the dash back on, but I am feeling good 
that the cause of the intermittants has been found. 
The good news is that a manufacturing process/specific part has been identified 
that causes this problem. (a ribbon interconnect cable)
The bad news is that it takes lots of time and soldering skills to fix.
