[V8] Trans / Axle Removal RMS

After getting the subframe and exhaust off (had to cut every exhaust bolt) it 
looks like the upper oil pan gasket may also be leaking.  I plan to buy the 
RMS with plate....I assume this comes with the plat gasket?  Since its the 
right thing to do I am also going to replace the Lower pan gasket 077103610 C 
$52.38 and Upper pan gasket 077103609 E $69.84.  Before I head over to the dealer, 
is there a gasket or something that I am missing.  I guess I should have it 
all apart before I order but...trying to decrease down time.  Thanks in 
advance.
