[V8] speed sender removal

I've replace both sensors on two different 5 speeds, one w/ the motor out, one in the car.

For the in-car job, I did not remove the exhaust crossover (or the wheel for that matter) -- but I did have a friend with a light from above talk me through getting the 10mm socket on the bolts as I reached in from underneath.  

It's a PITA for sure.  You remove the bent steel plate from the exhaust header to get access, you fumble with the plugs from above (cold exhaust please), and remove the 2 10mm bolts that the sensors are attached to with the help of a friend because they're very hard to see.

It's doable, but patience is indeed a virture.
