[V8] speed sender removal

FYI 

I got the sender out - it just has a plastic spring latch. Flip it down, rotate 
and pull. I have no idea how Keith could do it without removing the cross pipe 
and axle splash shield but all I can say is if you can Keith, you must be some 
sort of bionic elf with 4 foot long arms or something :-)

I found a small amount of corrosion on the contacts. Cleaned them up a little 
and put some grease on them. Re-installed and so far so good. Speedo has been 
working solid for the last 50 miles. Fingers crossed.
Voltage swing is still 0-8 volts though.
