[V8] IC seems to be fixed

Well...

Cleaning up the connectors on the speed sensor looks like it has cured 
my intermittent speedo.
There was a slight amount of visible corrosion.
If there ever was a problem inside my instrument cluster, it too is 
gone. Everything is working great right now.
I also swapped in a different O2 sensor (a used 4 wire ford) since I 
was running a little rough and mileage was down a little and that too 
seems to be cured.
I have a new 3 wire unit but am going to wait until after the next oil 
change when I plan to do a de-carbon treatment. Hopefully that will 
bring my oil usage back down to respectable levels. (it did last time)
