Once you rule out all the usuall sensors and fuel related issues, you might
want to have a look at the ring gear teeth. I recall someone recently who had a
car that would not run over about 2000 RPM and it turned out to be missing
teeth which messed up the timing sensor. Hope that is not the case for you.
