[V8] Windows Fogging up

Can you guys help me out. I tried to search the archive but with my 
extremely slow 56K connection I cann find anything. Here is the issue. No 
matter how high I turn up my heater the windows are still foggy. What gives? 
Any insight would be greatly appreciated..THANKS!!!!
