[V8] Air Conditioner compressor running all the time.

Seems I've seen this referenced before, but my initial searches haven't
turned up anything (yet).

My A/C compressor has been working fine this last summer, but now I've
noticed that it has been staying on, not cycling, even when the heat is on.
If I remember right, it's been suggest a a/c relay needs replacing or the
internal fuse changed out.  Can some one steer me to the original post
(date), or briefly explain again the where's & how's?
