[V8] subscriber options

You have to reset your settings.  I think they gave a link or instructions
on how to do it  when the sight came back up.

What happened to the options page?
I am receiving the list as an e-mail with attachments, not as just a long
e-mail as before. as it is I can't open the attachments at all. No clue,
